Description of problem:
The go back link to "Module Streams" in upper left corner is missing for all module streams.

Satellite 6.10.2

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to 'Content --> Module Streams --> $stream'


Actual results:
The go back link to "Module Streams" in upper left corner is missing

Expected results:
The go back link to "Module Streams" in upper left corner is present


Additional info:
The hyperlink is present on Satellite 6.8.6. Attaching screenshots for reference.

Verified on 6.15 - Snap 5

Steps to verify:
1. Setup a module stream on Satellite.
2. Navigate to 'Content --> Module Streams --> $stream'

Expected Results:
There is a hyperlink to go back to the previous page at the top of the screen

There is a hyperlink to go back to the previous page at the top of the screen
