Cause: The "rotational" field in RootDeviceHints was not being handled properly.
Consequence: If the "rotational" field was set for a RootDeviceHint the host can fail to provision
Fix: Properky copy and check the rotational field in RootDeviceHints
Result: Provisioning will succeed when using this field

Upstream patch https://github.com/metal3-io/baremetal-operator/pull/1083 Upstream patch has merged. This will be need to be merged downstream and potentially backported to 4.10. verified on 4.11.0-0.nightly-2022-03-27-140854 Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
