Please branch and build NetworkManager-openconnect in epel9.

If you do not wish to maintain NetworkManager-openconnect in epel9,
or do not think you will be able to do this in a timely manner,
I would be happy to be a co-maintainer of the package. (FES: tdawson)

I have tested and the rawhide package builds in EPEL9 without any changes.

Will anyone be able to branch and build NetworkManager-openvpn in epel9?
openvpn is already in epel9, and NetworkManager-openvpn builds correctly.
I would be happy to be a co-maintainer if nobody else wants to.
