Description of problem:
While API has POST /katello/api/repositories/:id/reclaim_space method and WebUI offers "Reclaim space" action on a repo, hammer does not offer that new functionality.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. hammer repository --help


Actual results:
No subcommand for reclaim space feature.


Expected results:
Some subcommand for the feature.

Verified.

Version Tested: Sat 6.11 snap 18.5

Steps followed:
1. run 'hammer repository --help' and 'hammer repository reclaim-space --help'

Expected result:
The sub commands for reclaim space are visible

Observed result:
The sub commands for reclaim space are visible
