I believe polkit-qt is not related to polkit package as is. 
AFAIK polkit-qt is a set of graphical libraries written as wrappers to communicate with polkit via polkit API.

Please, correct me if I'm wrong, but I think there is nothing to be done in association with CVE-2021-4115 here.
