Doc Text:	Currently, the web console does not display virtual machine templates that are deployed to a custom namespace. Only templates deployed to the default namespace are displayed in the web console. As a workaround, avoid deploying templates to a custom namespace. When resolved, please notify the docs team to remove the known issue from the release notes. You can also change the Doc Type field from known issue to bug fix and update the Doc Text to describe the fix. Thank you

The templates could show in custom namespace and able to create VM from it.
There are other issues about this feature, but not block to move this bug to verified.
