Cluster overview UI

Description of the problem: Cluster overview page crashes for on-prem cluster

Release version:

Operator snapshot version:
- ACM 2.5.0-DOWNSTREAM-2022-02-14-13-53-12

OCP version: OCP 4.9.18

Browser Info: Firefox 91.5.0esr (64-bit)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create on-prem cluster from existing discovered hosts
2. Go to Infrastructure > Clusters, select the cluster created in step 1

Actual results:
The overview page crashes

Expected results:
The page should launch successfully
