Description of problem:
Navigation switcher to view a different capsule on the Infrastructure > Capsule page doesn't work as expected

7.0.0 

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Setup a Satellite and Capsule 
2. Navigate to Infrastructure > Capsule > click on any one Capsule 
3. Now from the top Switch button try to select a different capsule, the page doesn't redirect to other capsule server.

Actual results:
Switching Capsules doesn't work in the Infrastructure > Capsules page

Expected results:
Page should be redirected to the Capsule that is selected.

Additional info:
This problem exists in 6.9 and 6.10 as well

Moving this bug to POST for triage into Satellite since the upstream issue https://projects.theforeman.org/issues/34495 has been resolved.

Sorry for the mess, but it is fixed upstream now, so it is easy to get in if we are interested.

Verified in 6.12.0 snap 1.0 - works as expected.
