Description of problem: 

Update the currently  shipped version of geoclue to the latest release 2.6.0.


Additional info:

The new release has a couple of important bug fixes, especially the usage of the location portal when the application is sandboxed

Looks like this one fell through the cracks when I was on sabbatical. It should be fine to update to 2.6.0 in RHEL 9.2 I think.

Oops, I thought I set the DTM for next week. The build is done now: geoclue2-2.6.0-5.el9

I did a follow-up build, geoclue2-2.6.0-6.el9 that fixes an rpminspect issue with the previous build.

geoclue2-2.6.0-7.el9 fixes one more rpminspect gating issue.
