Verified on 4.7.45

- Could install a helm chart
- Helm chart secret API call has Accept: application/json;as=PartialObjectMetadataList;v=v1;g=meta.k8s.io,application/json header and query param labelSelector=owner%3Dhelm%2Cstatus!%3Dsuperseded and doesn't return any secret data
