It's that time again - background time!

The f36-backgrounds/desktop-backgrounds update - https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2022-c4994a2065 - is now stable, so we need KDE to make whatever changes are necessary to actually pick up and show the new backgrounds. Thanks!
