Description of problem (please be detailed as possible and provide log snippests): storageconsumer reconciliation fails due to the below reasons 1. cephResourcesByName is not initialized panic: assignment to entry in nil map 2. cephFilesystemSubVolumeGroup resource is named with camel casing (Should consist of only lower case) Version of all relevant components (if applicable): Does this issue impact your ability to continue to work with the product (please explain in detail what is the user impact)?
