Description of problem:
[RFE] Content view filter doesn't shows "Start Date" & "End Date" tags to confirm the correct user inputs.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to Satellite Web UI -> Content -> Content View 
2. Select any CV -> Go to "Filters" tab
3. Create "Create filter" -> Type: Errata - by date range or Errata

Actual results:
Doesn't show "Start Date" and "End Date" tags to confirm the user inputs

Expected results:
Should show "Start Date" and "End Date" tags to confirm the inputs dates

If you select or enter a start or end date (from the MM/DD/YYYY fields) does it show the date correctly?

When creating the initial filter, no date is provided by default.  The user must specify it.

Moving this bug to POST for triage into Satellite since the upstream issue https://projects.theforeman.org/issues/34630 has been resolved.
