Description Sayan Das 2022-02-19 15:14:27 UTC
Description of problem:

The redesigned Host page in Satellite 7.0 does not offer any option to immediately invoke a remote execution job for a client system but switching back to the old view, gives the "Schedule Remote Job" button to initiate or schedule any sort of remote jobs.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Satellite 7.0 (Snap 10)

How reproducible:

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install and COnfigure a Satellite 7.0 with some content synced.

2. Register an RHEL 7 system with Satellite 7.0.

3. Go to Hosts --> All Hosts --> Click open the RHEl 7 host

Actual results:

On the Redesigned page,

  * There is no option to invoke a REX job.

  * In the kebab dropdown beside the Edit button, We don't see any options as well.

Now, Switch to the Previous version or Go back to Legacy UI for the same host, and a "Schedule Remote Job" button will be visible and available to use.

Expected results:

The redesigned view should have an option to schedule or invoke a REX job as well i.e the same functionality as the old\Legacy view of the page.
