Description of problem:
[RFE] Remove RHEL 7 EUS repository from the Recommended Repositories list

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Satellite 7.0 Beta

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to Satellite Web UI -> Red Hat Repositories
2. Toggle ON "Recommended Repositories"

Actual results:
Shows -> Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 Server - Extended Update Support (RPMs)

Expected results:
Remove -> Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 Server - Extended Update Support (RPMs)

Additional info:
As RHEL 7 EUS has ended life-cycle support for the minor versions & will not receive updates, hence we can remove it from recommended repositories list.
