The UI is still using the lbFloatingIP configuration for OpenStack deployments that was changed to apiFloatingIP in OpenShfit 4.7+.

We need to use lbFloatingIP for deploying 4.6 EUS, until it is EOL and no longer supported.

Setting target release to 2.4.3 following github comments.

Validated on v2.4.3RC1, now shows "API floating IP" for 4.7+ release image and "LB floating IP" for any 4.6 release image.
