Description of problem:
Running dnf update tries to update pam and install pam-libs, but pam-libs conflicts with an earlier version already installed,
package pam-1.5.2-9.fc36.x86_64.

pam-libs-1.5.2-11.fc37.x86_64

How reproducible:
every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have package pam-1.5.2-9.fc36.x86_64 installed
2. Run a dnf update
3.

Actual results:

I noticed a discrepancy in this information.  While it is complaining about pam-1.5.2-9.fc36.x86_64, the update is saying it is replacing pam-1.5.2-10.fc36.x86_64.  So I looked, and there were two pam packages installed.  When I removed pam-1.5.2-9.fc36.x86_64, and ran the dnf update, it completed successfully.  So, I am closing this bugzilla.  And looking into why there are duplicate packages on my system, and how to get rid of them.
