Cause: The user interface does not show templates that are deployed in another namespace than the default one.
Consequence: If the templates are deployed in a non-default namespace, not even the admin can use the templates in the UI.
Workaround (if any): Avoid explicitly deploying templates in a non-default namespace.
Result: Templates have to be deployed in the default namespace, if they are going to be used in the UI.
