Description Davide Cavalca 2022-02-22 15:26:42 UTC
Please branch and build nwipe in epel9.

If you do not wish to maintain nwipe in epel9,
or do not think you will be able to do this in a timely manner,
the EPEL Packagers SIG would be happy to be a co-maintainer of the package;
please add the epel-packagers-sig group through
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/nwipe/addgroup
and grant it commit access, or collaborator access on epel* branches.

Will you be able to branch and build nwipe in epel9?
The EPEL Packagers SIG would be happy to be a co-maintainer
if you do not wish to build it on epel9.

Comment 2 Nick Law 2022-03-03 00:17:07 UTC
Sorry to hijack this thread, but just a heads up, I'll be releasing v0.33 of nwipe that has drive temperature monitoring during wipes plus umpteen other improvements within a week or two. If you are going to build soon I'd hold fire and build v0.33. [PartialVolume]

Comment 3 Davide Cavalca 2022-03-03 01:28:06 UTC
Thanks for the heads up! We can definitely wait for the new version here.
