Cause: SELinux denies opendnssec to bind to 15354/tcp and 15354/udp.
Consequence: The ods-signerd service fails.
Fix: Label port 15354/tcp and 15354/udp with opendnssec and allow opendnssec to bind to these ports.
Result: The ods-signerd service is working and no AVCs
