Looks good to me, but I'd recommend a review from James since he has been actually testing multi-arch in the lab. The one last thing I had wanted to check was that removing the "inspection_enable_uefi = true" from undercloud.conf didn't affect the deploy. Can confirm removing it has no effect, so we definitely can remove that from the documentation edits. So the documentation changes look good.
