Moving this bug to POST for triage into Satellite since the upstream issue https://projects.theforeman.org/issues/34508 has been resolved.

Version tested: Sat 6.11 snap 15

Steps Followed:
1. Create a repo
2. Create another repo with the same name and save it to trigger a validation error
3. Change the name of the second repo
4. Save the repo

Results: The second repo saves correctly with no errors
