MCG for Quay: PV based on local storage class description might be misleading towards LSO

"local storage class" term, although not linked here with LSO might be misleading to possibly use a LSO backed storage class but gain the redundancy by the number of volumes specified. It should rather avoid the term "local" here and note that a redundant storage class needs to be used in favor of creating a resource for Quay that provides resiliency.
