Specify that the max length for a custom role name is 47 characters in the following locations:

* Section 6.2.5. Creating a new role in the Advanced Overcloud Customization Guide: Note that the `name` parameter in the `~/roles/<custom_role>.yaml` file has a max length of 47 characters.

* Command Line Interface Reference - `openstack overcloud roles generate` command: Update the description of `<role>` to include the 47 character limit for custom role names.

For info: The longest role name for the roles we provide with the product is 30 characters long, `DistributedComputeHCIDashboard`.
