Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to OpenShift console
2. Navigate to operator hub
3. check the Disconnected check box


Actual results:

ODF is not in the list
Expected results:
ODF should be in the list

Verified bug with below steps.

Steps-
1. Deployed image quay.io/rhceph-dev/ocs-registry:4.10.0-177
2. Login to OpenShift console
3. Navigate to operator hub
4. checked the Disconnected check box.

Observation-

after checking disconnected check box odf is showing in the list.
PFA screenshot in comment 6 for more info. 

Environment used-
 ODF -4.10
 OCP - 4.10
 operator image - quay.io/rhceph-dev/ocs-registry:4.10.0-177

based on the observation as mentioned in comment6, moving bug to verified state.
