Ramen config map changes (for example enabling drCluster automatic configuration or secrets automatic configuration) post creation of a DRPolicy will not pickup the changed configuration and reconcile the required policies.

The request is to enhance ramen to watch for changes to the config map and trigger DRPolicy reconciliation accordingly.
