Description of problem:
The gating.yaml currently exists tmt tests that are not part of the repo:

https://gitlab.com/redhat/centos-stream/rpms/openblas/-/blob/c9s/gating.yaml:

We should either add some reasonable tests or change the gating.yaml to gate on something else.

This could be probably done by running scipy testsuite with FLEXIBLAS=OPENBLAS-OPENMP
