A new bug-fix update for the 1.12.x branch came out:
https://github.com/flatpak/flatpak/releases/tag/1.12.6

We are currently carrying flatpak-1.12.5 in RHEL 9.  I am going to build flatpak-1.12.6 for Fedora >= 35, which should give us ample testing.
