There are multiple patches in util-linux upstream that prevent false detection of the atari partition table with blkid. We see this mostly on LUKS devices and udev reporting there is a partition table on the device confuses blivet (python storage library used by the installer and storage role) when working with storage.

It seems we need to backport patches based on https://github.com/util-linux/util-linux/issues/1159 upstream report.

(or just copy all libblkid/src/partitions/atari.c).
