I'd appreciate a little bit of context why this is needed instead of just creating a blank bugzilla. It would help me understand the priority.

The build passed locally in mock in stream-9-epel-next chroot just fine.

Sorry about that. I need it to use the docker modules in Ansible which require this library to be installed.
