The upstream advisory states this affects versions greater than or equal to 21.7.0, and less than 22.2.0.

EPEL 8 has version 19.10.0, so it isn't affected.
EPEL 9 has version 22.10.0, so it isn't affected.

Other distros have backported a fix for versions earlier than 21.7.0, and we now have a fix backported.
