Description of problem:
Pipeline builder page crashes when a user navigate to pipeline builder page.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:
Pipeline operator should be installed.


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to pipeline page
2. Click on Create Pipeline button
3.

Actual results:
Pipeline builder page crashed.


Expected results:
Pipeline builder page should not be crashed.

Not able to reproduce the bug in the same cluster (Pipelines Operator was in unintalling phase) used to log this bug and also tried in multiple clusters. Even though it is not reproducible its good to add safety checks to avoid NPE, I will raise a PR to add safety checks. Since its not reproducible I am lowering the Priority and severity of this bug.

Tried 2 times the stay on the pipeline builder page and reload it while uninstalling the pipeline operator.

Could not reproduce this crash on 4.11.0-0.nightly-2022-03-16-103946
