Description of problem: Log reader pod is not displaying the velero and restic pod logs. Velero and restic pods are missing the required label app.kubernetes.io/part-of=openshift-migration

MTC 1.7.0


How reproducible: Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy an application in source cluster

$ oc new-project test
$ oc new-app django-psql-persistent 

2. Create a migplan and execute the migration
3. Check the log-reader pod logs 

Actual results: Log reader pod is missing the velero and restic pod logs.


Expected results: log-reader pod should display the velero and restic pod logs.
