Description of problem:
Windows guests hangs in boot window after running three or more weeks. 
The issue is aleatory not affected the same VMs at the same time.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Windows Server 2012 R2 to Windows Server 2019
Affected RHV 4.4.6 and 4.4.9.
CU assures that RHV 4.4.7 is not affected.

How reproducible:
After several weeks running Window VM stuck in the boot up process.

Steps to Reproduce:

Only can reproduce in the Production environment, where are running hundreds of windows VMs.
