We will need to do at least a rebuild of python-qt5 for Qt 5.15.3 rebase and we haven't updated it for a while so it might be worth rebase it to latest version, which is currently 5.15.6 in Fedora. Current version is 5.15.0.

I'm unable to rebase python-qt5 in RHEL 8 as we would need to rebase sip to newer version so I just did a rebuild.
