4.11.0-0.ci-2022-03-30-230004 verified PASS 1. installer list 'br-sao (Brazil (Sao Paulo))' 2. install cluster on region: br-sao succeed 3. Destroy the cluster succeed. @maxu Reached out via Slack to request that the OpenShift doc be updated to include the Sao Paulo region as supported. This effort is being tracked in OSDOCS-3600 (https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OSDOCS-3600) Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
