Translations for RHEL9.1 were updated because of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2081268, and there were no other modifications to the source code since then. Neither were there any other alterations of translations.

Therefore, there is nothing to do on the devel side, so I just put this BZ to the ON_QA status.
