Description of problem:

The puppetrun setting was removed, but OpenSCAP still uses it.

How reproducible:

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Satellite 6.10.3
2. Run for a while
3. Check /var/log/foreman/production.log

Actual results:

Log messages show up:

Setting puppetrun has no definition, please define it before using

Expected results:

No such log messages.

Additional info:

Upstream it's been fixed already.

Verified:

Test steps:

1. Install Satellite 6.12.0 snap 5
2. Check /var/log/foreman/production.log after some time.

Observations:
- "Setting puppetrun has no definition, please define it before using" was not present.
