Verify this bug with openshift-ansible-4.9.0-202203150226.p0.g8abf85e.assembly.stream.el7.noarch.rpm.

When adding RHEL-8 worker to OCP-4.9 cluster, we can see the libseccomp package was updated to latest during the step: 
TASK [openshift_node : Install openshift packages]
...
"Installed: libseccomp-2.5.1-1.el8.x86_64",
...
"Removed: libseccomp-2.4.3-1.el8.x86_64",
