Description of problem:
On 'Logs' tab, 'Search' is not marked for translation.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
    4.11.0-0.nightly

How reproducible:
    Alwasy

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Builds - Builds
2. Click on any build and navigate to 'Logs' tab
3. 'Search' is in English.

Actual results:
  'Search' is in English.

Expected results:
  'Search' should be translated into selected UI language.

Steps to verify:
 1. Navigate to Builds - Builds
2. Click on any build and navigate to 'Logs' tab
       now 'Search' is properly translated.
