Can you please provide python-maxminddb for EPEL-9?

Rawhide already seems to build fine (with errors on changelog and NVR):

$ fedpkg scratch-build --target epel9 --skip-nvr-check
Fehler: %changelog ist nicht in absteigender Reihenfolge
Fehler: Abfragen der Spec-Datei /home/stefan/epel/python-maxminddb/python-maxminddb.spec fehlgeschlagen, kann nicht ausgewertet werden

Could not get n-v-r-e from /home/stefan/epel/python-maxminddb/python-maxminddb.spec
NVR checking will be skipped so I do not care that I am not able to construct NVR.  I will refer this build by package name in following messages.
