Description of problem:

Can systemd user services be added to the RPM?  This would simplify the task of having users manage their own stable tunnels on a number of my boxes

1. Note the nifty inclusion of systemd system services
2. Look for systemd user services too
3.

Actual results:

autossh connection services are only available to the root user

Expected results:

systemd services under /usr/lib/systemd/user/
