Steps to Reproduce:
1. # cd qemu-kvm & brew download-task --arch x86_64 43838238  -- (taskid for build qemu-kvm-6.2.0-11.el9_0.1)
2. # dnf install ./*
Error: 
 Problem: package qemu-kvm-core-17:6.2.0-11.el9_0.1.x86_64 obsoletes qemu-kvm-block-ssh <= 17:6.2.0 provided by qemu-kvm-block-ssh-17:6.2.0-11.el9_0.1.x86_64
  - conflicting requests

3.  If delete pkg qemu-kvm-block-ssh-6.2.0-11.el9_0.1.x86_64.rpm, then re-install, it is ok

This is expected behavior. We do not ship qemu-kvm-block-ssh driver so customer never hit the issue. We are going to stop building ssh driver with next rebase.

QE bot(pre verify): Set 'Verified:Tested,SanityOnly' as gating/tier1 test pass.

Check with build qemu-kvm-7.0.0-1.el9,  no qemu-kvm-block-ssh driver,  and install rpms in this build all pass, no conflict issue.
The issue be fixed. thanks!
