Description of problem:
ghc-rpm-macros doesn't install on EPEL9 because nothing provides ghc-compiler

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ghc-rpm-macros-2.3.14-1.el9


Steps to Reproduce:
1. sudo dnf -y install ghc-rpm-macros

Actual results:
...
 Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides ghc-compiler needed by ghc-rpm-macros-2.3.14-1.el9.noarch

Additional info:

To solve this, just resolve bug 2037934

This problem was found using the following service:

Fixing bug 2037934 fixed the problem.
