Describe the issue: 
The second paragraph of systemd-resolved release note ("Note that, even if the systemd package provides systemd-resolved, this service is an unsupported Technology Preview.") is no longer correct, as systemd-resolved service has been moved from systemd package to systemd-resolved package (which is not installed by default).

Suggestions for improvement: 
Remove that paragraph.

The RN is in BZ#2020529. Therefore, I made the change there and close this ticket.
