A bug in plasma-discover and knewstuff is causing a distributed denial of service attach on KDE.org.

Please backport the patches they have onto the epel8 packages.

I have patched plasma-discover, knewstuff, and also kdeplasma-addons and plasma-workspace using the patches from here.
