FTR: Only needed by python-parver, needed by pipenv, which still contains version 1.10 in its Pipfile.lock (as of latest commit to the file on Oct 10 2022: https://github.com/pypa/pipenv/blob/2640dd8881616f73c2929ba2a5d2025416d12b0d/Pipfile.lock#L30). 
Arpeggio's version 2.0.0 only drops the obsolete Pythons. Unless pipenv upgrades, there's no need for us to.
