Description of problem:
Please build inih for EPEL 7, 8 and 9, because it's a dependency of the tio package.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
inih-49-5.fc36

Actual results:
No tio in EPEL 7, 8 and 9.

Expected results:
inih-49-5.el7/.el8/.el9 - or better ;-)

Additional info:
Please let me know if you are not interested in maintaining the package on EPEL 7, 8 and 9 branches.
