 `G2Bsync` We recommend this bug be closed, as this was the functionality in 2.4 as well. If this is something we would like to change in the future we can open and enhancement/design issue to track.

No. This function is working well in the 2.4.x release. see 242-search-policy attachment. it's a regression issue.
