8.7.0 now contains dependency on libseccomp >= 2.5. If it doesn't fix the issue (unlike in RHEL9) then we need to investigate.

Test with and the podman-4.0.3-2.module+el8.7.0+14802+e1f243ee.x86_64.rpm dependency already set up as expected. So move this to verified.

# rpm -qp --requires podman-4.0.3-2.module+el8.7.0+14802+e1f243ee.x86_64.rpm | grep libsec
libseccomp >= 2.5
libseccomp.so.2()(64bit)
